Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are free of cost across india. Please note that Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable if any.

2. Where do you ship?

We offer delivery services across India, except for a few pin codes where serviceability may not be possible. Currently, we do not provide international shipping but stay tuned as we have plans to expand our reach globally soon.

3. What if I haven’t received my order?

Don’t worry. Just write to us at info@littlepear.in  with your order number and tracking number, and we’ll update you about the exact status of your order.

4. How much time will my order take to get delivered?

Your order is estimated to be delivered within 4-7 working days, but the delivery time may vary depending on the location. Some locations may take up to 10 days of delivery time. If your order exceeds the average delivery time mentioned and you would like an update on its exact status, please contact us via email at info@littlepear.in

5. I’ve ordered a personalized product, how much time will it take to be dispatched?

Orders with personalized products will be dispatched 48 hours from the confirmation time. All personalized products are first re-confirmed with customers over the call by our support team & then proceeded. No Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are accepted/processed for personalized products. No returns/refund on personalized products ordered.
