At Little pear, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, no requests will be accepted.
Visit the order page in your account at Littlepear.in and click the Return/Exchange button.

Valid Return Reasons
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
• Size issues
• Defective articles
• Wrong or different colors received
• Quality issues
Important Product Conditions
For your return or exchange to be processed, please ensure:
• The product is unused
• All original tags are intact
• The product is in its original packaging
Please note: Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size. Product replacements with different items are not possible. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
*Received a Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Order?*
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. To help us resolve this quickly, please follow these steps:
1. Document Your Order
• Record a short video while opening the package (before breaking the seal)
• Take clear photos of the outer packaging\
• Photograph all products received
• Photograph your invoice

Important: Claims for missing or damaged items without unboxing video evidence may not be eligible for resolution. This policy ensures transparency and fair assessment of every claim.
Resolution Process Timeline
Once you raise your concern:
• We will investigate internally and respond within 24-48 hours
• If approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2-3 working days
• Return delivery typically takes 5-7 working days, though it may extend to 10 days depending on your location
• Our quality team will verify the product condition upon receipt
• Once verified, we will process your replacement or refund (subject to product availability)
Pickup & Refund Process
Free Reverse Pickup
You don't need to ship your return. We arrange free pickup through our logistics partner. Note: Free reverse pickup is provided once per order. If you raise multiple return requests, pickup charges will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Refund Methods
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method in case of return.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued as Store Credit for future purchases on Littlepear.in
RTO (Return to Origin) Orders: If an order is shipped but not accepted by the customer and is returned to origin, the refund will be issued as Store Credit.
Non-Refundable Charges:
• Shipping charges
• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships or within 12 hours of placing it, whichever comes first.

For prepaid orders, your payment will be refunded to your account within 4-7 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Why Your Return Might Be Rejected
Your return request may be declined if:
• The request is made after 7 days of delivery
• The reason provided is not from the valid reasons list or is not genuine
• The product has been used
• Original tags are missing or damaged
• The product is from the non-returnable category
• A wrong or damaged product is sent back instead of the original item
